Holiday reservations

We are at capacity for certain dates before and after Christmas. However, please call our office for availability as travel plans change frequently and cancellations do happen. If we cannot fit you in today we have a short waiting list that we can place you on. Thank you for your understanding.

Creating a new client profile

We love talking shop over the phone and responding to emails. However, if you’re in a hurry, booking online is your fastest option once your profile has been created.

By setting up an online profile you will be able to make reservations on the run, receive reminders for existing appointments, and check on your pet history here at Myownly.

New customers, create your online profile by clicking any of our “online reservation” buttons, select “Myownly Boarding Kennel” as your location, and specify the service that you are interested in reserving (boarding, daycare, or grooming).

If you want to have grooming services provided while your pet is boarded select boarding, you can add the grooming services specific to your pup or kitty.

Select and fill out all of the required fields as they appear. Boarding customers will be asked to specify “Boarding Option”. Cats go in the “Cattery”. Dogs go in “First Class” or “Coach”, there is no difference in the care they will receive but please pick first class as we like to fill that side first. If you can’t make a “First Class” reservation do not fret, your pooch will still get the love and attention that you expect.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will need to be collected before we finalize your reservation. If you are booking online we will call you to process a card over the phone.

Heads up!

We will be closed Christmas Eve in the afternoon and all day Christmas for drop off and pick up. Please make plans accordingly. Thank you.

New clients

New clients, please have an updated vaccination record for your animal and approximate weight prior to booking. If you have any concerns about your pet’s special needs and/or would like to view the kennel we have view and assessment times, please contact us to schedule.

Drop off and pick up

Below is our schedule for drop off and pick up. We are always on the premises but are tending to the animals at the facility. Sometimes life is crazy so let us know as soon as possible if you are running late or have an emergency.
