Reservations

We are on track to be full for select weeks and weekends throughout the year. Current clients please get you reservations submitted as soon as possible. All new clients please get your trial board scheduled. Grooming reservations can be made over the phone at (360) 794-5388 or via email contact@myownly.com.

Returning clients, we recently switched to new software for our online reservation portal. It will work with your existing email, you only need to create a new password.

Creating a new client profile

We love talking over the phone and responding to emails but if you’re in a hurry, booking online is the fastest option once your profile has been created. By setting up an online profile you will be able to make reservations on the run, receive reminders for existing appointments, and check on your pet history here at Myownly.

New clients, please create your online profile by clicking any of our “online reservation” buttons, select “let’s get started” and fill out your information to the best of your ability. Please note, vaccine expiration dates are required to submit a reservation. We require Bordetella, distemper, and rabies. Please have your veterinarian email us a copy or bring one in with you when you drop your pet off.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required during our peak dates. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we have received payment. We can process cards over the phone, or you are welcome to drop off cash or check during our office hours. All card transactions include a 3% convenience fee.

Heads up!

We are closed for all major holidays. This includes the day of as well as the afternoon before for drop offs and pickups. Please plan accordingly and email us if you have questions about your pups holiday stay.
