Dog Boarding

Overnight Dog Boarding at Myownly

When you’re away, you deserve to know your dog is safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Every new boarding guest at Myownly Boarding Kennel begins with a one‑night trial board, giving our experienced staff the chance to understand your dog’s personality, routine, and comfort needs.

This trial stay also helps your dog get familiar with our kennel before a longer visit, allowing us to tailor their care and support a smooth stay.

Whether you or your pup are new to dog boarding, exploring daycare options, or searching for a kennel that can meet your dog’s unique needs, we’re happy to show you around.

We offer kennel tours by appointment so you can see our facility, learn about our boarding and daycare routines, and get a clear picture of what your dog’s day will look like.

To schedule a tour, please email us for available dates and times at contact@myownly.com or fill out our contact form!

Why Families Choose Myownly Boarding Kennel

Designed for Canine Comfort

Our facility features both indoor & outdoor runs, giving dogs the space and flexibility they need to settle in comfortably. Each day follows a reliable schedule that includes feeding, rest periods, outdoor time, and enrichment opportunities tailored to your dog’s preferences & needs.

Whether your dog enjoys a quiet hang-out or more active engagement, we make sure their day feels familiar & safe.

Individualized Care. Consistent Routine. Experienced Staff.

Every dog in our care is treated as an individual. Our team takes the time to understand your dog’s personality, comfort level, and daily habits so we can match their routine as closely as possible. With more than 30 years of hands‑on experience, our staff is trained to support dogs with a wide range of needs, from energetic social butterflies to seniors who thrive on calm, predictable structure.

Special Runs Available (For Those Who Need Extra Space)

For dogs who benefit from a quieter environment or need additional room to decompress, we offer a small number of specialty indoor/outdoor runs. These spaces are ideal for dogs with anxiety, medical needs, or sensitivities to busy environments.

Because availability is limited, we recommend booking early if you believe your dog would benefit from a special run.

Ask a staff member at time of check in about add-ons to maximize your dog’s stay!

Noodle, a happy fawn lab mix is running toward the viewer on an overcast day in the grass. Noodle has an organge ball in their mouth. Fencing is visible behind him.
Bonnie, a large white and black bully mix is staring lovingly up at the viewer, she is in her indoor run, her bed is seen beside her with a stuffed toy and red blanket.

Your Dog’s Routine at Myownly

Rise and Shine!
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Our staff starts the morning early, greeting the dogs as they wake and begin their day. Each pup is taken out for an individual potty break before returning inside for breakfast. While the dogs eat, the team completes detailed cleaning and sanitation to keep the kennel safe and healthy.

Exercise Time!
8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

After food has settled, each dog has a one-on-one walk with a staff member to stretch their legs and get some energy out. Safety is our top priority, which is why dogs are never off leash in a play yard with dogs they don’t know.

Nap Time!
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The kennel can be a stimulating environment, so rest is essential. Dogs cozy up in their runs with blankets, their favorite toy, and a relaxing playlist on the radio for a good nap.

Afternoon Play Time & Dinner!
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

After nap time, dogs head out for another potty break before dinner. Feeding is closely monitored to ensure each dog eats well, and medications are administered as needed. For picky eaters, we offer a variety of enticing options to help encourage eating. After feeding and cleaning, any remaining walks or extra play sessions are completed.

Last Potty Break Before Bedtime!
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Before settling in for the night, dogs get one final bathroom break. Staff complete final rounds to ensure every pup is comfortable and content before lights out.

What should I bring?

We recommend keeping it simple. Please bring the tools you use to walk your dog (such as a harness, prong collar, or e‑collar) along with a favorite toy and one comfort item from home, like a bed, blanket, or t‑shirt with a familiar scent.

If you plan on supplying your dog’s food, we ask that meals be pre‑portioned for easy morning and afternoon feeding and storage.

We’re also happy to accommodate alternative diets, including food that needs to be refrigerated or frozen, just let us know at check‑in so we can store and prepare it properly.

Requirements Before Boarding

Before we can schedule a trial or regular boarding stay, we require your dog’s vaccination records sent to us via email. New clients will also need to create an account through our online booking software, then schedule their Trial Boarding by sending an email to: contact@myownly.com

All pets who are new to Myownly Boarding Kennel must complete a 24-hour boarding trial stay before future boarding dates can be booked.

This allows us to prepare properly and make sure your pet’s stay starts off smoothly.

Add Grooming To Their Stay

Boarding dogs are welcome to add grooming during their stay, and there’s no need to book a separate appointment. Our team completes the service while your pup is with us, so they head home clean, comfortable, and looking their best.

We offer nail trims, baths, brush-outs, ear cleanings and hair cuts (for certain breeds) or shave-downs.
